The Title Sponsorship will be presented as the named partner for the festival. The first Advocate Sponsorship will be presented as the named partner for the parade. Title and Advocate Sponsors will receive double booth space.

TriPride is presented by TriPride TN, Inc., a 501c(3) nonprofit organization.

Sponsor Agreement

Please note: due to some Sponsors only wanting to be in the parade, only wanting to be at the festival, neither or both, we require Sponsors to fill out an additional form for the parade and festival signup, in addition to their sponsorship packet. This helps us ensure all booth space and parade placement is accounted for. Thank you!

Sponsor Exhibitors: booth spaces are available to Sponsors at no additional cost. Unless specified differently with your TriPride liaison, a 10' x 10' booth space will be provided. Sponsors are asked to submit this form in order to help us keep track of the total number of registered exhibitors at the festival and to facilitate communication.

The Sponsor Exhibitor agreement for the TriPride Parade & Festival requires the Sponsor to agree to each and all clauses set forth in this agreement and identified in the TriPride Sponsor agreement herein incorporated by reference. Failure by the Sponsor Exhibitor to abide by any clauses set forth in this agreement gives the TriPride TN organization, and/or the authorized agents of TriPride TN organization or TriPride TN Festival Committee the right to immediately terminate this agreement require Sponsor, immediately upon notice of violation of this agreement, to cease operations and vacate the premises, and forfeit any and all fees paid to TriPride TN, Inc. organization for the right and privilege of participating as a TriPride Sponsor Exhibitor of the TriPride Parade & Festival. No clauses of this agreement may be changed in any way or altered without the written, signed permission of TriPride TN organization.

TriPride TN Festival Committee agrees to provide a designated location to each exhibitor. Sponsor Exhibitors will provide their own tables, chairs, tent, booth accessories, etc. The Sponsor Exhibitor understands that power access may or may not be available, and should proceed as if it is not available. Sponsor Exhibitor agrees to obey all rules and instructions as directed by the TriPride TN Festival Committee and the TriPride TN organization during the festival weekend. Any failure to strictly adhere to such instructions may result in the immediate termination of this agreement and immediate forfeitures of any and all fees paid to TriPride TN organization.

Sponsor Exhibitor agrees and acknowledges to abide by all directions by TriPride TN organization and the Host City, which seek to protect the environment and infrastructure of the city and the safety of Festival patrons. Sponsor Exhibitor hereby acknowledges its liability, and agrees to compensate TriPride TN organization, for any damage(s) caused by, including but not limited to, its representatives, agents, employees, volunteers, members, vehicles, equipment, materials, objects to the environs and infrastructure of the city which causes TriPride TN organization to pay for the repair, replacement, or other remuneration to the Host City for such damage to the environs or infrastructure of the city.

Serving food is prohibited without application and approval of TriPride TN Food & Beverage Committee. TriPride TN Festival Committee reserves the right to confiscate for the duration of the festival any food.

Out of fairness and consideration of all Festival participants, Sponsor Exhibitor acknowledges and agrees to only utilize such space contained within the confines of its booth, and not to extend beyond 5 feet directly in front of its booth, for any sales, distribution, or other solicitation by the Sponsor Exhibitor participant.

As a courtesy to other exhibitors and festival participants, any amplified sound and loud noise from your both is prohibited. Additionally, the Sponsor Exhibitor acknowledges and agrees that any material of an adult nature shall be displayed subject to the Federal, State, and Local rules, laws, and regulations regarding the display of such materials which may be considered obscene or objectionable for view by minors.

This is a daytime event which will have exhibitors, live music, arts and crafts, children's activities, food and alcohol; Sponsor shall conduct themselves appropriately. Underwear or swimwear alone on the lower half of the body for this event is inadequate. Please wear shorts, skirts or similar attire as a minimum requirement.

Sponsor Exhibitor shall not display, offer for view or sell any illegal or contraband items. The laws of the State of Tennessee and local ordinances of the City of Johnson City shall control. Sponsor Exhibitor shall not display, offer for view or sell any items that are unlicensed and/or copies/interpretations of licensed or registered items at any and all sites and operations of the TriPride Festival.

Sponsor Exhibitor shall not display, offer for view, take orders for, sell, or solicit for donation any items that are imprinted, emblazoned or marked in any manner with “TriPride" or "TriPride TN". Even when printed with other words, Sponsor Exhibitors shall not offer phrases, logos or artwork with any variations of these words without explicit permission from TriPride TN organization.

Sponsor Exhibitors shall not sublet their space to anyone.

Sponsor Exhibitor acknowledges and understands that they are responsible for sales and use tax and shall in no way hold the TriPride TN Festival Committee or its representatives responsible for any type of permits other than for the festival itself. Sponsor Exhibitor is responsible for the acts, and all costs associated with, any and all its employees and volunteers. No Sponsor Exhibitor shall hold itself out as an Agent of TriPride TN Festival Committee.

TriPride TN Festival Committee will not provide overnight security at the festival site before or on the day of the festival. TriPride TN Festival Committee and the host city accepts no responsibility should be items left overnight or unmonitored during the time of the festival. Sponsor Exhibitors are solely responsible for the security of all items in their booth at all times.

TriPride TN Festival Committee makes no representation or guarantees towards actual festival attendance.

Sponsor Exhibitor understands that TriPride TN Festival Committee has no control over weather, acts of God, acts of terrorism, or governmental intervention, or any other cause that may prevent and alter and or interrupt, the festival weekend, and participants shall hold TriPride TN Festival Committee harmless for any losses that could arise because of such event. TriPride TN Festival Committee does not refund booth fees due to weather, acts of God, acts of terrorism, or governmental intervention.

TriPride TN Festival Committee reserves the right to place Sponsor Exhibitors in a booth location at the complete discretion of TriPride TN Festival Committee. TriPride TN Festival Committee shall have sole and complete authority to place the participant in any location contained in the place of exhibitorship, irrespective of the participant’s request. TriPride TN Festival Committee makes no representation, nor does it guarantee any volume of “foot-traffic” of Festival Guests in any area of the Pride Festival. TriPride TN Festival Committee cannot speculate, nor control, the popularity of one area of the Festival over the other.

The Sponsor Exhibitor, upon vacating their booth space (s), will ensure that such space shall be free of any and all trash or refuse with such being placed in the appropriate containers. Failure of the Sponsor Exhibitors to clean their booth site may result in the future denial of Sponsor Exhibitor participation.

TriPride TN reserves the right to refuse any applicant for any reason with or without cause.
